2. Services

Les West provides personal styling, wardrobe curation, and related consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Private Client Memberships

  • Private Shopping & Sourcing

  • Occasion Styling

  • Travel Capsule Styling

All services are tailored to the client and may vary based on scope and engagement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding

  • Communicate preferences, timelines, and feedback clearly

  • Be open to wardrobe recommendations and refinement

Les West is not responsible for outcomes if recommendations are not followed or implemented.

4. Fees & Payment

Membership Services

  • Membership fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed

  • Payments are due in advance of each service period

  • Memberships may require a minimum commitment period (if applicable)

One-Time Services

  • Full payment is required prior to the start of services

  • Pricing is outlined at the time of booking

Additional Costs

  • Clients are responsible for all clothing, accessories, tailoring, and related purchases

  • Optional sourcing commissions may apply to rare, consignment, or international pieces

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

  • One-time services may be rescheduled with reasonable notice

  • Membership cancellations require 30 days written notice. 

Les West reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at its discretion.

6. Availability & Response Times

Response times and availability vary based on service tier:

  • Higher-tier memberships receive priority access

  • One-time services are fulfilled within agreed timelines

7. Results Disclaimer

Les West provides expert guidance and recommendations; however:

  • Results may vary based on client preferences, budget, and implementation

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or perceptions

8. Intellectual Property

All styling materials, recommendations, lookbooks, and content provided by Les West remain the intellectual property of the Company and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

9. Confidentiality

All client information, wardrobe details, and personal data are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Les West is not liable for:

  • Client purchasing decisions

  • Fit, quality, or performance of third-party products

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from services

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Updates

Les West reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
